Exchange Policy

  • 7-days Exchange Policy

    When your Happy Rei product arrives, please check it thoroughly—especially the buttons (for clothes). If you notice any defects, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange an exchange for you.

  • Non-refundable

    We want you to love your purchase! While all items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about the design.

    If that happens, we're happy to offer an exchange, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that additional delivery charges will apply for the exchange.

  • Manufacturer's Defect

    Sales event purchases are final and cannot be exchanged.

    If you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
